Ingredients
  

  • 1 8oz block cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 Tablespoons strawberry jam

Equipment

  • Hand or Stand Mixer

Method
 

  1. Add softened cream cheese + strawberry jam to a mixing bowl or your stand mixer. Mix with a hand mixer or your stand mixer with the whisk attachment until fully combined and the texture is nice and fluffy.
  2. Serve the whipped strawberry cream cheese on a bagel or toast immediately! Store in an air tight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
