Unicorn Poop Snack Mix

This colorful version of puppy chow is made with freeze dried fruit and is absolutely delicious and beautiful. Add the unicorn sprinkles for extra cuteness.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Chex cereal
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 4-5 Tablespoons freeze dried blueberries
  • 4 Tablespoons freeze dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1/2 cup unicorn sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Prepare each colored powdered sugar bowl. Add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar + dried blueberries to a small food processor and pulse until completely combined. Remove from food processor and set aside.
  2. Clean out food processor and add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar + dried strawberries until completely combined. Again, remove from food processor and set aside.
  3. Melt 1/2(ish) cup of white chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions.
  4. Place one cup of Chex cereal in a large bowl and drizzle 2 Tablespoons of melted white chocolate overtop. Using a small rubber spatula combine (gently) until covered. Then, add blueberry powdered sugar and again gently combine until totally covered.
  5. Repeat same step as above with strawberry powdered sugar and then with plain white powdered sugar.
  6. Combine all coated Chex into single large bowl, add unicorn sprinkles and enjoy!

Notes

You can add another 1/2 cup of powdered sugar + 4-6 Tablespoons of freeze dried fruit for other colors.
