Method

Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Make garlic oil sauce by adding smashed garlic cloves to olive oil in a small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil then cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Prepare ingredients by shaving cheese, slicing figs, and slicing duck.
  4. Brush flatbreads with garlic oil sauce and then top with cheese, figs, and duck. Cook according to package directions, 5-9 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with arugula and balsamic glaze.
  6. Enjoy!
Balsamic Drizzle
  1. Add balsamic vinegar + brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly, until sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until the glaze is reduced by half, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Glaze should coat the back of the spoon, careful not to cook too long or it will turn into taffy.
  4. Set aside to use when pizza is finished cooking.
