Amazing Asian Zing Flank Steak Stir Fry
This easy flank steak recipe is made with a delicious, slightly spicy, and simple marinade that is best served with steamed white rice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 3-4 cups steamed white rice
Marinade
- 1 oz shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 oz garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
Buffalo Wild Wings Sauce Hack
- 1/4 Cup Asian Zing Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Slice flank steak into thin slices.
- Combine all ingredients into the marinade.
- Add sliced flank steak to the marinade in a bowl for 30 minutes.
- In small batches, cook the marinated steak on medium-high tossing occassionally for about 2 minutes.
- Add in desired amount of buffalo wild wings sauce hack and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately with steamed white rice and topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
