Our friends at Brownie Points gifted us some of their edgies to use for this brownie parfait recipe. All thoughts, onions, and images are our own.
I’m not going to lie to you. These are literally the best brownies I’ve ever had. They are the perfect amount of fudginess and chocolatey and you store them in the fridge so they are the perfect chilled temperature.
Brownie Points is a woman owned, Columbus based company and has a fate-driven story to where it is today. You can read the full story about Lisa’s journey to making Brownie Points what it is today here on her website.
They have SO many amazing options for you to enjoy their amazing brownies. Plus, you can get them ANYWHERE in the USA – woo hoo! Shop here but scroll down for some of my favorite products from Brownie Points.
Okay, so before we whipped up these brownie parfaits with Brownie Points “edgies,” we were able to try one of their sampler packs of their baby brownies. I can’t even tell you which one was my favorite because we ate them so fast. They have an AMAZING amount of gift baskets for any occasion.
I am just saying, if someone wants to gift us some of these after our next little peanut is born, I’m not gonna be mad about it.
While you can purchase loads of gift baskets, there are also great singleton options too. Baby brownies are individually wrapped and are $1.25 each so you can make your own little gift set. Snag those here.
Okay, but now for the brownies that are going in the parfaits! *Drumroll* … they are called edgies! These brownie pieces are the best of both worlds, chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus, you can buy CHOCOLATE COVERED ONES here online.
To make this delicious brownie parfait, you make some homemade whipped cream and layer with the brownies and some fresh raspberries. It’s easy and quite delicious and would be the perfect dessert for these dinner recipes.
