This beverage might look like white wine, I assure you it’s not – but it is still pretty darn delicious. If you’ve never had one, an Arnold Palmer is half lemonade and half iced tea. This version takes it up a notch with Chamomile Tea!

I love tea but hardly drink it. My go-to is coffee or water but when I remember to switch it up and drink tea – I’m quite a fan. We did a recipe contest with Stash Tea (find those recipes here and here) and they gifted us a ton of delicious tea including this Chamomile variety.
Do you know Chamomile Tea has all these great benefits?
- It can help improve sleep quality (fellow parents, I’m looking at you)
- It can help promote digestive health
- It may protect against certain types of cancer
- It may benefit blood sugar control
- It may improve heart health
I am obviously not a doctor or medical professional so always consult your M.D. but if I can drink something delicious that also a little bit healthy, sign me up!
