We love love love Pizza Friday is our household, especially on easy pizza night! Don’t get me wrong, there is some thing so great about making a super homemade pizza like this one here.
But, on busy nights – semi-homemade pizza is a go-to in our household.
We start with our favorite frozen pizza dough from Meijer. Not sponsored, we just seriously love this brand. It’s only $1.99 and you just have to pop into the fridge a few hours (or in the morning) when you want to have pizza night. We’ve found that it’s the best frozen “most- like” pizza dough.
There are a TON of different frozen or refrigerated pizza doughs but we have found that a lot of them taste more like bread instead of that pizza chew.
Once you roll out your pizza dough, you know the drill from here! Add your favorite sauce (we like this one), top with feta cheese (and maybe a little shredded mozz), smoosh the kalamata olives all around and sprinkle some oregano on top!
Seriously, the best and easiest semi-homemade Greek pizza.
If you wanted to make your Greek pizza a little fuller β you could also add some grilled chicken or even some banana peppers!
You’ll need these ingredients and tools to make the best semi-homemade Greek pizza!

I am normally not a fan of olives on pizza, but this is a marvelous combination with the feta and oregano. I think I am going to make it for lunch today.
